Typically our tenants are young single professional people either making their first move away from home or new to the area. What could be better than a chance to meet people of a similar age with similar interests and tastes?

Fiddes Rooms has deliberately chosen to offer smaller shared houses, typically with 5 bedrooms. This ensures a more homely feel rather than the hostel atmosphere of the larger properties. Although it changes all the time, there is usually a 50/50 mix between the sexes.
